- Overnight pricing assumes Ashlynn has a reasonable opportunity to sleep. Infant care, frequent waking, continuous supervision, active nighttime duties, or significant nighttime support requires a custom quote.

Before you book
Pricing policies
These policies help protect Ashlynn's time while keeping expectations clear for every household.
Travel
- The first 10 miles of round-trip travel are included with each visit or booking.
- Round-trip travel of more than 10 miles and up to 20 miles adds a $10 travel fee per booking.
- Travel beyond 20 miles requires a custom quote before the booking is accepted.
- Parking, admission, and other client-requested expenses are billed separately.
Packages
- New clients automatically receive $10 off their first qualifying Square invoice of $50 or more. The offer does not stack with prepaid packages or other discounts.
- A free phone consultation or meet-and-greet is available before the first booking when appropriate.
- Packages are prepaid, nontransferable, and valid for one household.
- Package sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.
- Holiday pricing, travel charges, and service-specific child or pet add-ons are separate.
- Discounts and packages cannot be stacked and have no cash-exchange value.
- Recurring package schedules are approved with the client before purchase.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before service: no cancellation charge.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before service: 50% of the scheduled service total.
- Less than 24 hours before service: the full scheduled service total.
- No-show or unavailable-at-arrival bookings are charged in full.
- Overnight reservations require a 50% deposit that is applied to the final total.
- Emergency exceptions may be considered at Ashlynn's discretion.
Holiday pricing
- Approved holiday bookings are priced at 1.5 times the normal rate.
- Examples: $22 babysitting becomes $33 per hour; a $125 overnight becomes $187.50 per night; a $20 pet visit becomes $30 per visit; and $24 senior companionship becomes $36 per hour.
Combined services
- When a booking includes different services, each portion is priced using that service's normal rate.
- Tutoring followed by babysitting is divided between the tutoring session rate and the babysitting hourly rate.
- Babysitting plus a separate dog walk includes the babysitting rate and the dog-walk visit price.
- Simple pet feeding during a senior-companionship visit may be added for $5 per visit when approved in advance.
- Special-needs support that includes homework help uses the special-needs starting rate when specialized supervision is needed throughout the visit.
